The Meiringskloof Farm is situated just outside of Fouriesburg near the Lesotho border post in the Eastern Free State. Meiringskloof offers self-catering  sandstone cottages  nestled under rock faces and among thick indigenous bush, and camping facilities in a beautiful lush mountain valley, framed by the fascinating sandstone mountains that characterise the area.

A perfect weekend, group, family and adventure getaway, Meiringskloof offers a number of outdoors activities and is also perfectly positioned for day trips into Lesotho.

There are several excellent hikes on the farm, both short easy walks and challenging hikes up into the mountains which reward hikers with stunning panoramic views over the Maluti Mountain Range and into Lesotho. Other activities include horse riding and abseiling, with 4×4 trails of varying degrees of difficulty, inncluding some grade 4 hold your breath and pray trails, and stunning views in the Didibeng Mountain Park adjacent to Meiringskloof.
