Benoni Lake Golf Club is known as a first class, very friendly golfing facility, with a flat parkland and woodland setting. The excellent kikuyu fairways are lined with trees and the undulating greens are bent grass. The 18-hole, par 72, 6572m course has bunkers on all holes and five dams.
The course is divided by a road with 9 holes on each side. The first nine offers a good test of golf with no water hazards. The second nine is played on the other side of the road with the 16th hole next to the lake.
There is a huge clubhouse with a well-stocked bar, a good pro-shop and practice facilities and a variety of excellent food, entertainment and conferencing options.
The Lake Club also offers well established and supported bowls and squash sections, whose members would be very happy for you to contact them regarding membership requirements. The Lake Club guarantees that members and visitors alike will enjoy the benefit of a value for money experience for both the social and the sporting activities, in a secure family environment.

From N12, exit at the Atlas Road/Boksburg (Exit 434) off-ramp onto the M43 (Atlas Road), heading south. Proceed south on Atlas Road(M43) for about 500m, then turn left at the traffic lights onto Lakefield Avenue(M44). Proceed along Lakefield Avenue (M44) for about 2km (keeping right at the fork), and the golf course entrance will be on your left-hand side.
