Buffelsdrift Game Lodge is set in the beautiful vegetation of the Klein Karoo. An enormous natural waterhole is directly in front of the restaurant. Day visitors are welcome. The day drives are extremely popular and elephant, rhino, buffalo, giraffe and kudu are all on the private reserve. For bird watchers, over 200 species have been recorded.
Other activities, in the company of a trained guide are walks around the 5ha waterhole with the resident elephants at your side or horse riding among the endless variety of succulents and fynbos.
Accommodation in luxury tents set along the banks of the waterhole offers magnificent views with the Swartberg Mountains in the distance and a swimming pool in which to cool off.
