The Cradock Spa offers rejuvenation in natural sulfur waters in an indoor hot pool, The water is renowned for its health benefits and has been used to treat rheumatism.
Situated just north of Cradock and located next to the upper Fish River, the Cradock Spa has full resort amenities but is also a great destination for day visitors. The leafy river banks and an Olympic-sized swimming pool are cool escapes from the heat in summer, and the hot pool is perfect for the brisk mountain winter days.
Self-catering accommodation is available as well as camping and caravan spots, and the whole resort area is very green, pretty, and relaxing, making this a great holistic destination for the ‘stressed out’. There is also a restaurant as well conference and wedding facilities, and two hiking trails that start from the spa.

Getting there: Take the N10 out of Cradock and over the river towards Middelburg, then take the first right into Marlow Road and continue until you reach the entrance to the spa on the right.
