Crocworld, Scottburgh, Kwazulu Natal

Crocworld, just north of Scottburgh, is set in a large botanical garden of indigenous trees and plants and is home to hundreds of crocodiles, ranging from hatchlings to Henry who is 111 years old. This attraction offers a complete wildlife experience for the whole family where you can enjoy over 200 free flying birds in a walk-through aviary, the snake tunnel which houses some of Africa’s biggest and most venomous reptiles, monkeys and a farmyard with animals that kids love.

Crocworld’s main industry is the farming of crocodiles for their skins, meat and eggs and is an educational centre for scientific, technical and general knowledge on the world’s species of crocodiles and alligators.

Crocworld is open 7 days a week, all year round. Take an informative tour, on which you can watch the crocodiles being fed at 11h00 or 15h00.

After the tour, try out the Crocodilian al la carte restaurant with excellent  views over the park.

Tel: 039 976 1103 E-Mail: Find Crocworld by following direction boards from the N2 Scottburgh offramp. It is on the R102 and is 58km south of Durban.
