Drifters Adventures has four Adventure Camps that are situated between Port St Johns and the Mkambati Nature Reserve on the Wild Coast. Essentially, these camps are DIY ‘play-centres’, acting as a home base for visitors to go out and enjoy the freedom of adventure on the Wild Coast.
The camps are basic, and visitors need to be quite self-sufficient during their stay here. Visitors must bring all their provisions for their stay, and should note that electricity in this region is scarce.
The camps are situated in what many have described as an ‘adventure wonderland’. Fishing, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, and horse riding are all activities that adventure-minded tourists can enjoy. And having the camp as a base means no time constraints nor time wasted on transport to your adventure.
