The Endangered Wildlife Trust is hosting wild chats with various conservation specialists to help educate the public and provide meaningful entertainment.
South Africa (06 April 2020) – The Endangered Wildlife Trust is hosting Wild Chats to provide meaningful entertainment to anyone wanting to learn more about conservation. The trust has invited specialists in their fields to discuss topics such as frogs and today, Trialling scent detection.
Today marked the second Wild Chats talk and focussed on the use of scent dogs to find the elusive but critically endangered Riverine Rabbits of the Karoo.
The talks are live-streamed and are suitable for all ages. Those who tune in are able to engage with the speaker and get the chance to ask questions related to the content. You can find out more about future wild chats here.
