Fish River Golf Course is situated near Port Alfred in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. This Gary Player designed 18-hole golf course is regarded as a “must play” course. This course incorporates a number of unique challenges presented by the natural landscape, including several drives across the Old Woman’s River.
With delightful views of the Indian Ocean from several of its holes, the Fish River Sun Country Club offers golfers a parkland type challenge along the beautiful and unspoiled East Cape coast. High vegetated dunes and thick coastal bush flank the fairways of this well maintained course. The course is challenging, especially if the wind is blowing, but it is always a rewarding experience.
