Located 12kms outside Plettenberg Bay, an off-the-grid Biomimicry Camp nestles in the heart of the Bitou Valley.
This mobile pop-up camp is situated alongside the banks of the Bitou river where the birdlife is prolific and the night skies spectacular.
This is a place where paddling in the river is for everyone, not just the ducks, and our guided hikes and canoe experiences are unforgettable.
The Camp offers unlimited use of their fat bikes, Kayaks and Stand-up Paddleboards. They also have access to a bird hide (great for sundowners and early morning photography) and of course hours of swimming in the river.
So, if chilling and recharging means working on your tan or working up a sweat with activities as diverse as the plant species and birdlife – then this one-of-a-kind off the grid, low to zero to positive footprint camp, will be just up your street.
Included:
- Experienced host, chef and camp crew

Excluded:

So, if falling asleep to the sound of snuffling bushbuck and croaking frogs, waking to the call of nearby nesting Fish Eagles, and knowing you’ve not only visited lightly but have contributed positively to the surrounding landscape, the Garden Route Biomimicry Camp offers a truly special and unique experience, one that will live on in your memory.
