Treat your family to a delightful Easter Sunday lunch buffet in the heart of Sandton, at The Maslow’s Lacuna Bistro, with entertainment for all ages.
“Easter is a time for family, and we’d like to make your time together more memorable with a delicious, traditional Sunday lunch buffet in our tranquil garden setting,” said The Maslow General Manager Herman Swart.
The buffet lunch includes a Build-Your-Own-Salad-Station, as well as lamb and raisin samosas, traditional pickled fish grilled pita with humus, tzatziki, sundried tomato tapenade, olive tapenade and mustard roasted salmon salad with baby fennel, grapefruit, avocado, watercress, and lemon aioli.
Mains include horseradish crusted beef sirloin, crispy pork belly with caramelized apples and vanilla velouté, garlic and almond stuffed leg of lamb, grilled line fish medallions, roast bell peppers, chicken korma, and plenty of delicious vegetable dishes including biryani and cauliflower with saffron cream.
Indulge in desserts including apple and pear crumble, treacle tart, peppermint malva pudding, and glazed hot cross buns.
The kids will enjoy engaging with a face painter while the adults tap their toes to the sounds of a live performance by Soul Tone. “Come hungry and enjoy a wonderful spread and great ambiance, shared with the people you love.”
