Jasmyn Farm Stall, Hartbeespoort

The Jasmyn Farm Stall in Hartbeespoort is well known and loved by both Hartbeespoort locals and ‘Gautengers’ (city dwellers from neighbouring Gauteng, JHB and Pretoria) alike, for Sunday shopping.

The Jasmyn Farm Stall is big and very well stocked with the typical variety of South African farm goods, from preserves to biltong, and is particularly well known for its cheeses. This particular farm stall is big enough and has enough variety to fulfil weekly grocery needs, and is a popular stop for people heading back to Jozi and Pretoria after a weekend at the Hartbeespoort Dam. An extra is a second level with a book shop and CD store.

Getting there: Jasmyn Plaasprodukte is situated right next to the Windmill Restaurant in Hartbeespoort, on Jan Smuts Ave near the Dam. You cannot miss the Windmill Restaurant – it is a genuine Old Cape Dutch Windmill – unmissable.
