JOYCE KHUMALO – HEROINE IN THE BOTHA HOME.
Hirsch’s Centurion honours the Heroines in the Home who ensure our homes are kept spick-and-span, by hosting the Domestic Worker of the month competition. The finalist receives a R300,00 Hirsch’s gift voucher and the overall winner stands to win a R5 000,00 gift voucher.
The winner of this month’s award, Joyce Khumalo, was at a loss for words when she received her award. Joyce’s Employees, Jennifer and Stefan Botha said “We are deeply grateful to have the privilege of having her in our home and in our lives. In the approach to her work, she is dedicated, methodical and consistent. Apart from her household duties, she also cares for our children, spoiling them like only a loving grandmother or aunt can.”
Joyce received her award at the monthly Domestic Workers Course, which teaches domestic cleaning tips and tricks, ironing skills as well as proper care of appliances.
