Margate Country Club Golf Course is particularly well known for the friendliness of its staff and members so visitors can be sure that they’ll enjoy a great round of golf followed by a pleasant 19th hole.
The course is set on high ground with views over the surrounding hills with palm trees, banana trees and indigenous vegetation lining the fairways. There are a number of water features on the course which attract the prolific bird life in the area. The course has excellent bent grass greens and the 5 par three holes are very well regarded.
The facilities are really good – a halfway house serves freshly prepared meals and the main clubhouse has an outside eating area, a full restaurant, a ladies bar and full conference facilities. The facilities are perfect for weddings and corporate functions.
