The ‘Couta Classic’ is held annually in Pennington over the Easter weekend, attracting hundreds of fisherman, from all over the country to participate in this fishing competition.
Other exciting activities in Pennington include: scuba diving, horse rides on the beach, bird watching, great offshore wind-surfing, jet skiing and paragliding in Bazley Beach. Pennington offers two fantastic Golf courses, Umdoni Golf course and Selborne Park, where game and bird watching comes complete with a round of golf.
Umdoni Park, offers wonderful walking trails and the Komba Bird Sanctuary and Nkumbane Dam.
