On the banks of the Skeerspoort River, at the foot of the Magaliesberg Mountains, lies the more-than-two-decade-old cheese farm, Van Gaalen Kaasmakerij. Guided tours of the cheese making process can be had every Wednesday and Saturday morning and includes a cheese tasting, coffee and a slice of Dutch Apple cake. Mature and semi-mature cheeses are available.
