Swartland Mountain Biking TrailThis 45-km ride is for intermediate riders and is popular for its extreme downhills. The ‘monster’ ride tests your endurance while offering superb views of Table Mountain and the Swartland region. The real test of this ride is the 3.6-km climb to the summit of Koringberg, which blasts into a nightmare descent back home. Note that the trail is not signposted and that riders MUST be accompanied by a guide.
