Transkaroo Adventures Guest Farm near Noupoort offers 4X4, MTB, horse and hiking trails on a large Karoo farm with varied and typical Karoo terrain.
Offroad trails vary in length up to 65km, and 1 – 3 day hiking trails are offered.
All trails are clearly marked, and a variety of accommodation options are offered.
The terrain is semi-arid, very dry in the winter months, but greener and less harsh in the rainy spring months. ‘Koppies’, valleys, San rock art and bizzarre rock formations that look like piles of stones arranged by giants, make trails both challenging and interesting.
