Victoria Country Club golf course is situated less than 5 minutes from the CBD of Pietermaritzburg in scenic parklands adjoining the Queen Elizabeth Nature Reserve. It is one of the most beautiful golfing venues in KwaZulu-Natal with spectacular views of escarpments and rolling green valleys.
The course was recently upgraded to USGA standards by Golf Data one of the leading golf course designers and builders in South Africa. The upgrade included the total reshaping and reconstruction of the course and all of the greens were replanted with bent grass. Newly built storage dams and water holes were added and the course now has an automated irrigation system so that it can be kept in tip top condition year round.
